I love this track. I lost this CD in one of the drunken parties that I'm sure we all attended in our youths.
I remember seeing them support Cud. They where chuffin' great. The words of Fabulous Beast still go through my head, every time I see a young, pretty blond girl.
Yeps, I've not heard this before but it's just brilliant! The early 90's Madchester were a bit of a blur for me but still, I don't know how I missed this! Thanks for posting :-)
I bought 3 copies of it when it came out on 7 inch-my local station played it on their indie night. I only have one cpy left now so 3 really was the magic number...
Well done. Not many know this track it would appear. Shame coz it's well wicked. Great to see it on here. Check out the film Charlie Bubbles, if you haven't already, Albert Finney directed his only movie and starred in it, it's a bit of an oddball but very good.
Two decades on, and it's still a great tune!
Do you suppose The Big Pink are fans of this song?

This is still one of my favourite songs of all times. Even my kids absolutely adore this. Cruelly ignored masterpiece.
A work of genius.

Fantastic! I still have this as a promo 12" single and as a CD single.
Dug it out the other day, and it still sounds as good as it did back in the early 90s.

Agreed, it's a real hidden gem of a tune, just waiting to be (re)discovered.

Still have the CD single of this. Sounds like Britpop ahead of its time. Too bad we were all into grunge when this was released.
