k so I export the sequence in boujou to avi to use with the background in cinema 4d, which was working fine earlier, but now I just get a black material. The videos that are exported dont even play in WM Player or open in any programs. I dunno what to do, help? D:

bro can you help me, in boujou after i camera solve it comes up with a different number of solves like if i scroll through the vid the dots appear, then dissapear and i have to change which number solve im on, idk if its confusing but do you know how to make it just one solve so i have the dots throuought the entire clip because it messes me up in cinema 4d

Ive watched Acrez's tutorial and I'm somewhat confused. How does cinema 4d know what the x y and z axis is? Because Acrez had to do something in boujou to tell cinema 4d what the axis was. And I think thats what screwed up my motion tracking.

@FriXionGaming u can buy boujou or download it the way which is bad and i dont recommend and Cinema 4d is for Mac and PC, i bought cinema 4d from a student site and it saved me about 3.2k

STATIC POINTS FIX:

When exporting the file from Boujou to C4D, change the 'Start Index' to 0, not to the 'default'.

Then open up the .c4d file with a text editor, search for "ParentItem 10000001" and delete all of them. You can do this by doing a 'search and replace' function in the text editor.

Save the file and open it up in C4D, then make all points children to the 'Auto_null'.

@ExPunaX Yeah, But you need to do a search for "key -3.14" and change it to 0.000000 and then the line above that it says -0.000000 remove the - so it is 0.000000 and do Search & Replace on ParentItem 10000001 and change it to ParentItem 10000002. Thumbs up so every1 sees

instead of copying the position you could just parent ( the wierd spiral next to the 3d switch) it to the null objects, so if you change anything to the nulls later it automaticly applies to the text layer!
