@Infamuscow thx! actually i've got no idea who made it, we got it in the dominican republic from a beach artist for under $15 bucks. wish we had more money at the time as we would have got more since it was all super cool and similar stuff

also one good thing to do that is simple is to always buy frozen vegetables. Canned foods are bad for us UC sufferers.

Although no one knows for sure what causes UC from my reading it looks like most scientists believe it is genetic.

Only the symptoms can be treated. I've never been able to get the symptoms to fully go away. On a scale of 1-10 I've never been able to get beyond a 5 but that might be because I don't follow a strict diet, I do watch what I eat though.

@endthedisease great tip on the frozen veggies, is that what you've been doing for some time now?

You are for sure right, nobody knows 100% certain what the exact deal is with UC, at this point, its fair game to make your own educated guess I guess..
