it is a very weak interrogation, but its voluntary, if this cop or another gets in his face or starts accusing him, he would have just said I'm done and left. But now it's time to bring charges & put him on trial so we can finally get to the truth. Those precious boys deserve that much. I'd rather see an innocent Terry Hobbs face a jury and clear himself than a guilty Terry Hobbs getting away with such horrific murders. Someone has to make him explain his inconsistencies where it will matter most - a court of law - on trial for murder.

Terry molested his daughter and Stevie recurring for a few years, such as forcing Stevie to watch him masturbate and make him perform sex acts on his sister Amanda. Amanda continued to claim that Terry sexually assaulted her frequently. Apparently, a doctor confirmed these allegations of forced penetration. Along with sexual abuse, beatings were supposedly a regular occurrence as well.

@amberfwn Behavioral psychology's my minor. Noticed the exact thing. He slightly fidgets when asked questions where only a guilty person would feel uncomfortable. I noticed this through out the entire interrogation. He also uses defensive posturing by crossing his arms. Look at how he acts when DET asks him on 2:28 "Is there anything...Terry gets defensive & counters at 2:45 "Well really I don't know what you're investigating I don't know how to answer that?" That's something a guilty perp says.

It was Bojangles restaurant that the black man was seen. He was seen walking into oncoming traffic and was bloody.

What really surprises me is the man called " Mr. Bojangles" He was seen at the restaurant at 5:42 pm the same day/night that the boys were killed. This might seem insignificant to some but, working and having some experience with "smooth" liars and criminals, they like to think they are smarter than authorities and ask subtle questions to lead them and increase confidence and get inside info. Terry tells the policeman he can't answer because he doesn't know what he's investigating, hoping the cop would say something to give Terry some hints as to whether or not they're onto him... or get a feel of his luck and maybe get some clarity.

As much as we all like to be arm chair detectives, I think we have to keep in mind that this interview was taken in 07. That's a whole 14 years after the murders. They are asking for seemingly insignificant details on a day 14 years ago. If it was your child went missing, you wouldn't remember what you had for brekky!

He seemed to be nervous at the beginning of the interview but as it goes along seems more calm.I don't know if he did it or not, but he's no Casey Anthony.
