Just because you buy it IRL does't mean you get it for FREE in game... the dlc is to unlock the car in the game. You have to buy it just like any other car. You can't expect to go get the worlds best car in the world just like that....although it is obscured after paying IRL money and yet paying $3M in game.

Also, in real life it costs around 10 million pounds to make one. It sells for 1.6 million pounds. Atari kept it realistic. The Ariel Supercharged 300 is a 90 thousand dollar car and it IS faster around a power track than this; infact, its the fastest road legal car to ever lap the Nurburgring in Germany. So it isn't perfect and it is realistic....
