Some people are so backward when it comes to Technology Amananhispan WHAT DOES A KEYBOARD SOUND LIKE ???? HAVE YOU NEVER SEEN A SOUND BANK IN A KEYBOARD WITH HUNDREDS OF DIFFERENT SOUNDS DRUMS, SAXOPHONE, ORCHESTRAL SOUNDS, HAND CLAPS AND MORE. NOW THAT IS CALLED MIDI SOUNDS THESE SOUNDS ARE PLACED IN THE SAME FORMAT OF A STANDARD PIANO. THE EPAN AND PANKAT IS THE SAME THING BUT PLACED IN A CIRCLE OF 4TH AND 5TH WHICH IS THE STANDARD LAYOUT OF MOST SOPRANO PANS. MUSICAL IGNORANCE SUCKS!!!

Sorry, but this e-pan nuh mek it, as they would say.. If you want an instrument that sounds like a keyboard, PLAY THE KEYBOARDS! there is nothing natural sounding about this instrument. A pan should sound like a pan, not a like an electronic midi keyboard. This whole e-pan phenomenon will prove to be short-lived b/c its a gimmick more than anything else. Pan in this direction only leads to to a DEAD END! I like some of your other videos, though with the 5th pan.

Fantastic! You've got fast hands! Shows what a piano could sound like if you could play it as you would a pan. A whole different order of virtuosity ... there are some things you could do that you can't using 10 fingers. But vice versa too I expect (thinking here of Earl "Fatha" Hines). Anyway, it's an interesting project. I guess it's a simple matter to swap in the pan sound instead of the piano sound whenever you feel like. Anyway, keep it up, where this will lead no one really knows...
