I totally agree with you Crinabelle. I love to watch the old NFL films. Night Train is in the Hall of Fame, but other players should also be in it. Two of them are "Mad Dog" Mike Curtis #32 of the Colts and Chris Hanburger #55 of the Redskins. Hanburger perfected the blitz. Butkus is in. Bart Starr said he was more afraid of Mike Curtis than Butkus. I saw a program of former Super Bowl I & II Packer players. One sells shoes, several had to sell their rings, one died homeless, etc. It's a shame.

He used to sit there & talk about how many of his teammates deserved to be in the HOF with him. It broke his heart really. I actually have his HOF jacket in my closet :) I'm saving it to show my son when he's old enough to understand. I have so many of his personal posessions he left me...but I would rather have him back :( I HATE Superbowl weekend now because he passed the same week leading up to SB. We buried him the day before SB on 02-02-02!!
