In it, she mentions that a rich lady paid her a thousand dollars to kill a yappy dog that belonged to the rich woman's neighbor. Angel then sang/played her drum/something similar for so long that the dog killed itself by jumping out of the window.

So it turns out, that dog belonged to Benny. Its name was "Evita", and it was an akita breed. :)
