  • how low can the amps go to?

  • cool one could use the rebar from the driveway to run the walkway lights.or med steping stones with this tech to run walkway lights plug one into the next .

  • Thanks you for sharing, inspirational as always!

  • my cement battery has been powering a 1 watt led9 months now

  • nice work dude! Inspiring as always.

  • i played with this circuit along time before i found out it was a hartley ..

and if it wasn't for the 1986 radio shack engineer mini notebook.. basic semiconductor circuits book i wouldn't still know it was a hartley circuit.. cause google images show that even the basic jt is a hartley..??

    you do awesome work..

  • @koolerization ---Thanks. I wish that I has the full set of those Forest Mims electronics books. They still sell them but not at Radio Shack. The ancient oscillator circuits still work just fine. They are are alive and well. People like to change them a little here and there and call them something else ---but they are what they are.

    Hi there,

I was doing some experienting myself last week with those cement batteries and I found that you

can get some more voltage if you use cole instead of kopper.

I bought a sak of burning coles for a barbeque and useds one of the coles and it gave of 1.5 V instead

    of 1.2 V.

    Maybe you can us it.

    Kind regards,

    Karel

  • great job man

  • @ciprianwiner ---Thanks

  • Thanks for showing this Lidmotor. That looks like a very interesting circuit.

  • @GBluer ----This is a quick and simple circuit that you would like. It kinda reminded me of the "Fox Hole" radio. I had to play around with it a little to get it to work. I had the coil wrapped wrong the first time. This coil also makes a great JT coil if you use the tuneable ferrite core. Maybe we can can use this idea to make an exciter coil out of the drinking straw core.

  • I think that's great because part of the testing of these things needs to put it under load.. for a long time... great work Lid

  • @KyleCarrington -----Yes. The real test of this "solid state" electrolyte idea is when ALL the water is gone. This could take months. If this chunk of concrete is still putting out power (any power) then this experiment is a success.

  • @Lidmotor Right. Concrete (normal concrete) will take on moisture from humidity as well. It's like a sponge

  • Hi Lidmotor.Great little circuit find and battery experiment. These batteries could be very useful and they can only get better with JB and all the other inventive minds being so involved. Thanks for sharing.Jonny.

  • @jonnydavro ----This is good one Jonny. This project has spun off in interesting different directions and having a chance to work with John Bedini has been great. He thinks outside the box.

  • Excellent!

  • @stuzapusa ---Thanks
