It's V12 revs to 10,500 on red line. It was intended for the BPR Global GT series, however, Ferrari decided not to continue production and development; only 3 were built, a prototype and 2 production models.
@factman147 - The F50 GT1 was designed strictly as a racing car, but never actually raced by Ferrari because they chose to focus their resources on Formula One at the time.
