the way u upload a higher quality is by recording it at a higher resolution.
for example the one video i uploaded was recorded in game at 1024 x 768.
for a video to be true HD it has to be 1280 x 720 (16x9 ratio)
but because my video had 768 vertical pixels, it was considered as "fake" HD and you can watch it as HD.
basically, just set your camera at a higher resolution and you will get higher quality. the recorded file will be a lot larger,but it will be better quality
