I remember William (the guy in this video)actually talking to a trucker while testing a new CB he designed. The output power of it was almost 27 watts, anyway while talking to a trucker he said "Hey, no bother"...however due to Willaims unique way of speaking it came across as "I'm your Father" ,this threw the trucker into a violent rage (his father used to shatter coconuts against his chest),the trucker found and attacked William however William tazed the guy then tortured him for 15 months

it is in the middle of the cb allocation of frequencies bequethed to cb service and therefore most commercially available antennas are resonant to that channel (frequency)

You are buy a cb radios? Well then if you rwatch jtruckers then you are a cb radio purchases then you are buy an antennas. If you not are living hear the highway then you are buy a good antenna then you are buy a cb radios. Hope this helps!

If you are on the wrong channel and you can /still/ hear the other party, then you are using an Amstrad CB901. If you are are on the right channel, but can only hear people on other channels, then you are using a Maxcom 4E.

For God sakes, tell them about the local call channel. In the Vancouver Canada area it's 19, when you get your party, you go to a agreed on clear channel. But that's rubbish these days. Get a good singlesideband radio and shoot skip. I've gotten Florida, Alaska, and Austraila from Vancouver on a a non modified radio. The Single Side Band channels(SSB) are from 30 to 40.
