I'm using my own algorithm to do color segmentation, and then do blob detection (simply take the biggest blob). however i have almost no background noise with this algorithm, that's why this is possible...

I had a look at openframeworks, but WPF provided me with enough power ;)

The Cameraalgorithm is still done in opengl though
