i have owned a razer blackwidow, a Razer Lycosa, a das keyboard pro S silent, a Unicomp Spacesaver, a Saitek backlit keyboard, and many many other keyboards.

Apple keyboard (and Macbook keyboards... or at leat the newer ones) RULES THEM ALL.... and its only $50!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't use Mac btw i'm a PC ;)

@Ruzlier yes, but the function keys (brightness up and down, skip, play etc.) don't work, they just work as the normal f1 - f12 keys. The f13-f19 keys have no purpose

Just bought one of these for my Macbook Pro when I have it connected to my 40inch HDTV. If you have a Keyboard and mouse for a Macbook Pro it kinda renders a iMac viod of any purpose to own one. As now I have Desktop and a laptop all in one which both out perform the Imacs

Apple makes great products with lots of style. Sometimes they strike out. This is one of those times. This keyboard looks great but is worthless for touch typists. It is worse than trying to use a laptop keyboard. The keys have no "feel" and there is little to no stroke. I will continue to use my Matias membrane keyboard and look forward to using either the Matias Tactile Pro 3 or the DAS Silent keyboard, both of which use mechanical keys. Sorry. I can't even give this thing away.

i must say while apple keyboards do look very nice, they aren't very good in terms of felling and weight. I had it and i kept on missing keys and stuff (who would want a laptop sized keys on a desktop keyboard) and also it was too light i kept on moving it all the time and stuff.

apple changed the wireless keyboard for the numeric one for me at no cost when purchasing the imac =] i know the wireless is worth more in value..but i need the number keys!!

i myself think this is a better keyboard because this keyboard itself cost less than the wireless 1 BUT it still has more function. the wireless one... there isnt as much function and the arrow keys are slightly too tiny.. so i think we should get the wired OH and getting this u dont have to put in new batteries. so on the long run the wireless keyboard will cost more because of batteries.
