I saw Doyle and Haley in May 2011 and was touched to my very soul. I immediately felt like they were family. Not much I can add to what's already been said here except what I said to Haley after the concert - if you don't believe in God before seeing Doyle play, you will afterward. When she autographed her CD for me, she wrote "Be Blessed" on it and I said I had been. I now own a DDSM and play it every day. Congrats to TTexas for getting that guitar. I know you love it.

I bought a Taylor guitar and that turned into hearing about Doyle and that he was performing a week later in a small Catholic Church in Hawkins Tx. I have been to see most of the big name guitarist but Doyle Dykes blew my wife and I away with his talent and persona. There were only a handful of people there but he played as if he were performing for the world. he did not play this song however I start each day with it. Thank you Mark

I have seen and listened to many guitarist but Doyle has a style that I adore, his talent if certainly from God himself and Doyle reflects this in every song he plays. I just cannot get enough of this man's music.

I think that Doyle has been given an exceptional amount of talent by God. Tommy Emmanuel has too. They just have two different styles of playing and I think that neither one of them is any better. Tommy says that it is Magic to play with Doyle and he knows what he is talking about.

Damn. I believe this is even more epic than U2 Medley. Doyle has such a unique "spot-on" way of striking the strings. In a sense a bit more "accurate" style than many of the other giants out there.

I agree. A friend of mine and I went to see Doyle and later reflected on how exact and precise every single note is. Even in the tremolo or long arpeggios every note has its place of importance. I think that does make him stand out, indeed.
