there's an app on iphone "myfitnesspal" ... it's free and you can log all your calories/macros. I've been on it for a couple of weeks and I can see why I'm a skinny mofo (not hitting those calories) :)

This video is so fuckin true. Just don't forget to get food scales because it really helps to figure out serving sizes. I was tracking cals for 2 months every single day and after that you just need a glimpse at the food and you can guess what's in it.
I like to use livestrong's "myplate", (google it) makes tracking/.totalling easy and they've loaded pretty well everything you might eat, even most branded products.
