  • there's an app on iphone "myfitnesspal" ... it's free and you can log all your calories/macros. I've been on it for a couple of weeks and I can see why I'm a skinny mofo (not hitting those calories) :)

  • If you have an android or iphone/ipod touch, you can download my fitness pal. you scan the upc label, it adds it to your total for the day, and you can see how much calories and macronutrients you had. they even have nutritional info on restaurant food.

  • I used to look at the nutrition label on everything, now I can get by on estimates it just takes a little practice.

    There needs to be a machine kind of like a barcode scanner that bodybuilders can just swipe their foods over throughout the day and it will tell when you have reached X amount of calories proteins etc. Would make life easier

  • Hey twins, earlier last month I started using a calorie counting app of the recommendation of the LeanBodyLifestyle channel. It's MyFitnessPal for iPhone and Android. It allows you to add what you eat, or even scan a bar code if you want. You can track carbs, calories, etc., through that as well.

  • I never guess I use MYFITNESSPAL App cause it's easy to use when your on the go you can download the app for Blackberry Apple & Android devices also if your smart phone has a camera you can scan your barcode of any food out there and it'll pull it up for you and add it where you want it Breakfast Lunch Dinner or Snacks or you could just do all of that on their website MyFitnessPal and it's free to use!!
