@Pete. I totally understand what Terry is doing and understand frustration. But to give agents a hard time who are protecting us and to say they are breaking the law when they are not is wrong. If we don't agree with the supreme court ruling we have to attack them or lobby for a law change. As I said, I just want to discredit his claim that the checkpoints are illegal as deemed by the United States. Nice responses by the way. Thumbs up.
@Pete: I also want to be clear. My videos simply address that they are legal as deemed by the Supreme Court. To dislike them or to 'think' they violate us as Americans is more than anyone's right as a citizen. I just don't think Terry is right to quote Martinez-Fuerte saying 9th Circut held the checkpoint as unconst. but not mentioning the Supreme Court overruling them and Martinez was convicted.
My proof is on my third video of Counter Checkpoint USA. Youtube wont let me post the link. On that site I quote the supreme court ruling that the checkpoints are constitutional and DO NOT violate 4th ammendment rights. I do not argue in favor or against the checkpoints. I merely speak against Terry alleging that they are illegal.
@Shamz24 Thanks for the response. What I'd counter with is that man-made legislation does not supersede natural law. One of the books that helped me understand this was "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". Tyrants have been elected per the "law" and their dictates have taken been approved per the established process but in reality they are in direct opposition to the rights each individual is born with.
@Shamz24 Despite the rulings of the people in black robes, the fact is, if Terry or anyone else acts and do not aggress upon the rights of another, no one has the right to usurp their rights.
Very interesting how I have actual evidence to prove that Checkpoint USA is wrong in their interpretation of the law. Very interesting that the moderator wont challenge my findings. Even more interesting is how he blocked me from posting on his videos. Whats the matter Terry? Afraid people will find out that you dont know what the hell you're talking about? Counter Checkpoint USA!!
@Shamz24 Hey, this is Pete, the dude in the vid w/ Terry. What type of evidence do you have? If it relies on statutes and man-made legislation that violates the rights of individuals it may not sway me as I'm an advocate of natural rights and voluntaryism.
@Realman - I appreciate your comment but disagree. Terry and others that post the names/faces/badge numbers of those that violate their rights are doing a good thing. If these people are able to remain faceless there's little chance they'll be held accountable for their actions.
"The tax-gatherer is the very man I have to deal with -- for it is, after all, with men and not with parchment that I quarrel -- and he has voluntarily chosen to be an agent of the government."
I respect your opinion, but we just will always disagree here. Some people do feel as if their rights are violated at Checkpoints, but many others, myself included, do not feel that way. I feel that my rights are violated when the gov. doesn't enforce the border enough, which i think also includes checkpoints. Those checkpoints are here to stay and although the videos are fun to watch, the ONLY thing they've done is endanger the lives of the Border Patrolmen. Have a good day.

Public servants shouldn't hide behind their badges, they should be held responsible for their actions. Sunshine is the best disinfectant and good cops have nothing to hide.
Public Servants should be held responsible for their ILLEGAL actions. The SUPREME COURT has said that stopping every single car at an immigration checkpoint isn't illegal. SOOOO, the BP agents aren't doing anything illegal here, but yet they are being taped, with their faces and name tags showing, and posted on youtube. Did I mention that the supreme court decided that Immigration Checkpoints were NOT a 4th Ammendment violation? Make your videos, but leave faces and names out of them
Terry, I know you will eventually read this. Most people will agree with me that demanding their name and posting their faces on the internet is not a safe thing for the Border Patrol officers. Thats my only complaint and always has been. Nice to put a face to the voice. You look like a pretty nice guy but barking orders and demanding supervisors names at checkpoints led us to believe you might not be such a friendly person. Maybe you could consider my point of view about their safety?
Good stuff. Can you imagine if every motorist approached these checkpoints in the same way? Agent Dale Cooper (you know who I mean, Pete) has suggested organizing activism around having hundreds of drivers all just flood these things and shut down highways.
good work Terry. the goon squad doesn't like their picture on youboob. i thought Terry would have posted some new videos by now, though.

Terry is one of my heroes. I don't know if I would have the courage he has in going through that check point like that all the time.
Plus, because of him I discovered a great character named Agent Villa.
;)
(watch his vids, you'll get it)
