How'd you make your tribal pants into the shorts?

Hi,

the tribal shorts/pants are simple. Cut up pants so they are two legs that go up to your thighs then use a garderbelt or elastic to attach them to the shorts. we chose to put a triangular hip scarf over the shorts as well.hope that helps.
