It's a digital artifact from signal loss when the satellite transmits. Same "cities" can be seen on images from Mars and other Earth images. Why do so many people bypass all attempts at research and come to such summary conclusions based on no logical process?

Those are not fakes or structures either, they are called "artifacts" and are caused by graphics distortions created by the software used in Google Earth, there is no structure under water, the same artifacts appear in pictures of Mars, Moon etc.

But in the 70 jacques custeau and his frogmen actually dove into lake titicaca and found stairs and walls made by men and golden bikers, I actually have a photo clipped from a newspaper. The custeau tripulation also have their own video around the aymara villages, those village float on the lake. I saw that video, but it is hard again to find it

I ran the images through a photo enhancer and stripped away some layers, improved the contrast and there are some structures but not as clear as you have here...Hmmmmmmm.

All these images are just artifacts of compression, people! Flat part of image compressed using Fourier transform will be translated through satellite channel with artifacts like these are. Don't fuck your brains!

This happens because the waters surfaces cause the camera in the satellite to reflect back inside itself and capture the circuit board driving the camera. These are not underwater cities, simply images of the circuit board inside of the satellite.

This is just an effect caused by graphic interface of a computer which creates this kind of misconception about structures under water. you can find such effect in many of the lakes which are displayed in google earth. In order to check this myself, I checked a new lake which was created behind a newly built dam and you can do the same, to see the same effect which means, it is just cause by graphic interface and looks like a circuit board

okay......So after watching other videos related to this one, I have found a few places where these anomalies occur. I think that these things appear due to image capture errors....they look more like digital defects than structures on the lake bed. I would love nothing more than to have physical proof that ancient races had high-tech and/or ties to aliens. I love to read about this stuff. I just don't think that these images are the proof :(

To my disappointment, they didn't cover it nearly enough. Places such as the Puma Punku ruins in Tiahuanaco, Bolivia and many others prove that what we think we know as our history is wrong.

this stuff is not photoshopped. You WILL find it on google earth, as I did. These things have been photograghed by three different satalites using three different cameras. They all show these structures!

Thats not real. You cant get that kind of definition of underwater topography from high altitude imagry (certainly not to the apparent depth shown). Even if the water was absolutely pure, the absorbsion index of the water itself would prohibit that kind of picture, even using a Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR). Not to mention the reflectivity of the surface of the water itself (which could not be so completely absent as in the photo).

And just what is the "apparent depth" ?

This is at 13,000 plus feet altitude and is some of the purest water you can find.

The images would be taken using antiglare filters and were likely taken when the surface was dead calm.

I can see the bottom of some of the lakes in my area, to a depth of 20-30 feet, without using polaroid glasses.

I'm not saying you're wrong....just saying.
