its an amazing bass period. I ve never had to replace anything besides the strings. the only thing if thats bad its rlly heavy and u will get tired from wearing it at long gigs. the other thing is its long. so if u hav short arms, dont buy it. i had that problem at first but my arms are longer now( i was 9 when ii bought it) GOOD LUCK!!!
