  • this is a damn shame - im a motswana and you speak better tswana than me

  • @bemaniac2 ...aint u ashamed..? roots r vital never forget them.

  • I am ashamed, this is why i said "this is a damn shame"...I can understand setswana and when I am back home for a good month or so I quickly re-learn how to speak it. Its just because I grew up in the UK and my parents never spoke the language @ home so I forgot it. But I intend to go home to work permanently once uni is over anyway so i will learn the whole language inside out...!

  • I feel for u,if u were a gal i give u a few basics ...lol..kidding..

  • @bemaniac2 I agree with you 100%. Even though I am Jamaican living miles away from Botswana I believe Setswana should be revived and appreciated. Botswana has too much at stake for its own people to not appreciate that important aspect of its culture. Presently I am studying the language because I have a lot of friends from Botswana who study in my country.
