I'm a mountain biker and I like doing xc, freeride and some dh. I think unicycling rocks and is excellent cross-training for other sports at the very least. Since I started unicycling my legs have gotten a lot stronger and my sense of balance is now way better. My bike skills have improved and I think even my snowboarding skills improved. I bet a lot who say that unicycling is 'gay' are just crowd following posers who walk around holding shiny unscratched never used skateboards.
