I speak from experience as well, not all children are responsible, not all adults are responsible...you cant judge a book by its cover..I have seen drug addicted parents be the best parents to their children and well off parents be abusive to their children. The law states the age appropriate for a child to babysit but it also say if they are responsible enough as well.
