I guess the tennis court at the High Schools are better than this stupid court. It must be done by someone on purpose when they build the court or they did a unreasonably worse job to build it. I don't believe anything nature (heat) can make some kind of bubble which can absorb 100% pressure.
@kawaihui It's a soft spot. balls don't bounce on pillows either. She threw the ball hard enough to get the effect. If the ball didn't hit hard enough, it would bounce off of it.
