@xlovesoasisx Sorry to reply so late, hope you've figured it out by now, but it's really easy. Put the long rubber end against the strings. then lift up the dangling metal lever under the neck so it pushes the short rubber pad into the back of the neck. If it doesn't stay on, tighten the little screw until it clamps the capo onto the neck tighter. If it's really hard to put on, loosen the screw. You only need it just tight enough to hold the strings down to the frets. Good Luck!
i put mine on but when i look from a parallel angle...i can see chord G is not getting as pressed as the other chords and then i play that chors...its out of tune! HELP!!1
@Katytha007 I bet you have the wrong capo for your guitar, or a poorly made one. If you have a classical guitar and are trying to use a regular acoustic guitar capo, that problem can happen (Classical fretboards are perfectly flat, whereas steel string acoustic fretboards are slightly curved). I've also seen cheap capos that just aren't curved correctly. I would go to a music store and try a few and buy the one that fits. Unless there's something very wrong with your guitar, that will work!
@evilhaikal That's not cool. I wish I could help but I can't even suggest a remedy, you're either doing something way wrong, or your guitar has a sharp fret, nut, or bridge that is cutting into the string. I'd either take a lesson with a teacher in your area or go into a guitar store and ask for help. Good luck!

barre chords are murder on my wrist man... i just ordered one of these ...same exact one actually.... in black, and i can't wait to try it out.

@longlivebone you'll be happy you did! You'll still need to play barre chords, but generally a lot less if you use a capo.
