In no way is bass easier than guitar. Each carries its own techniques, and although I play guitar more than I play bass, I fully appreciate bass and i'd love to see half of the shitty, boring shred guitarists on here come up with the innovation to play what i've seen some bassists play. And if you're a guitarist and think your shadow looms over the lowly bassist, then I dare you to take the frets off your axe, shed a couple of strings and burn all your picks, see how superior you are then.

Coordinating the left and right hand is the hardest thing with this, mainly not letting the right hand slow down and get out of synch.

The left hand takes a little getting used to a bits, but overall it's the right hand that's the hardest.
