You guys ate so dumb it is not a ghost I go to Santa Cruz every week I live like close. That is a maintenance worker for the ride. If you stand by the giant dipper you can see them climb up. They actually get paid tobwali yhe tracks every hour to make sure the tracks are safe. I will post the internet info for this soon.

That is not a ghost.. that is a real person. He is a maintenance worker that works at the board walk. There are several of them that work on the Giant Dipper. They have to walk the track every hour while the ride is in operation to make sure the track is safe. I was there this past friday and recorded the guy walking up the track. If you pull the camera closer, you can see the sun light bouncing off his head and shoulder.. Hello?

Maybe they never PUT a man alongside it, but they still stand there. I assure you that is a real human being, I live here and every so often you see guys (different guys, in different places) standing next to the track. Thats very real.my uncle works there. and he told me that in the 80's there was a big gang war there between cholos. so they where killin each other and anyone in there way. and some college students from San francisco went there to have so fun, but got there at the wrong time. so long story short. lots of them got killed in the boardwalk and on the rides. the ones who got killed on the rides where tryin to get away from the gunfire. but ended up getting shot.

You're all funny. I work at the Boardwalk and that is no ghost! It's funny though. I'll show it to the Rides Manager for that area. The person there is a roller coaster mechanic. They walk the entire ride every two hours to ensure it is safe. They look for broken or loose boards. There are several spots along the track for them to stand when the coaster is coming. sorry, no ghost, except for the Ghost Blasters ride! :)

That's not a ghost, that's the Dipper mechanic. When I used to work there, it was a guy named Eric. His entire job is to maintain that roller coaster in excellent condition. He walks the track every half hour to look for problems.
