His Kung Fu is very good. Anyone that would cross arms with him would learn alot. What he would especially learn is to dissapate energy. I will try to look him up when I travel to the UK.

I have pushed with Adam MANY times, he is incredibly strong, i also know that when this was filmed Adam was trying HARD to take Sifu Karram and was going at him with both aggression and great muscular force and if you look hard you notice his frustration in the end at his TOTAL lack of success and Sifu Karrams total mindful calmness. I dont know anybody that can stand up next to Sifu Karram except his Sifu.

Anyway, what I want to ask is do you ever do any seminars in Europe? If so lemma know when and where.

The Sifu is doing well, but the opponent has no base and is stiffening like concrete.
As far as I know it hao chen and more loose handed strikes would be used against a skilled striker.
