@Becharco your very wrong btw go to motor trends hot laps section the Z06 non supercharged LS9 light weight vette puts down a faster time on it then the the GTR not that I'm not a fan of it and it isn't a easier car to drive but "no chance"? what do you actually base this off of... seeing that the ZR1 I think puts out a lot more HP on the same setup I'm pretty sure on a dry day that you'd be very wrong.

@walker5461 and you'd be right..my bad LS7 in the the zo6 which is not supercharged puts down a better lap time in one test on motor trends hot lap series then the GTR....so I assume the ZR1 can keep up not saying it's better overall but I'm saying it might be an incorrect to say that the ZR1 couldn't keep up at all. which is what i was getting at.

@gizamer Ever watch the discovery channel?. The is a series of programs called "Ultimate Factories". In one show it showed the Corvette being built at the Corvette plant. The engine is hand assembled and that worker puts HIS name plate on the engine showing that HE built it. Granted it has numerous parts built from other countries. The engine is designed comes from the good old AMERICAN push rod V8. Corvette has it's own killer track to test. Watch the show and LEARN. USA forever, How about YOU?

The Veyron has definite styling DNA from previous Bugattis and given its performance capabilities, the form must follow the function. It's kind of like English Bull Terriers.
