Investing in the stock market doesn't have to be akin to gambling. It ends up being gambling when people invest in stocks instead of companies. Too many people play the greater fool strategy when buying stocks instead of doing alot of due diligence before investing their money. Leaving your money with a money manger at a mutual fund is dangerous too because they are always chasing short-term profits. There is no substitute for specific knowledge gleaned by alot of research. No shortcuts!

I do not see how Ron Paul keeps his fight going when he has enough co-sponsors to pass his bill right now, but what ever form of Govt we have right now stands at the Door and says your Bill will never see the light of day! You can tell he is feed up with it. I do not think their is any hope for this country if you can not even get a bill passed with more than half of the people as co-sponsors. The only way I think we can make a change is on the local level, get Govs and mayors to nullify laws
