  • Bill, you gave a great summary of the basics: 1. Get more customers 2. Sell to them more often 3. Sell them more. I wouldn't quarrel with these, however, I would slice it a little differently: 1. Eliminate deadwood customers (Stop wasting time on time-vampires) 2. Lengthen the customer life-cycle (Customers for life) 3. Offer your customers what they want (Ask skillfully and relentlessly ) Thanks, Bill, for your expertise and keep it coming!
