@thatelectroguy79077 Just tried it on my mac using photo booth and yes, it works just fine. I had to plug it in after starting the program for it to work. Plugging it in before opening photo booth and it didn't work. Looks like this camera can work as a webcam after all!
@Weeeooojr Haven't heard but I don't think you can. There is a PC version of this game that has a camera. Both have a usb connection. But it might not be built to act as a plug and play and there definitely is no disc to download drivers for it. I'd say no but haven't tried personally.
Thanks for the unboxing video! I wanted to see if it came with any extra papers in the box. What type of manuals are in the wii case? Any bigger papers showing how to set it up?
@bengalz3 No extra papers were in the box and no big insert foldouts with setup info. Only the usual precaution pamphlet with the manual inside the game box. Inside the manual itself is where they put all the setup instructions on the first couple pages. The manual itself is in black and white and rather thin. Less than 10 pages I believe. In the game, Jenny also gives you proper setup info, how to light the room, to wear clothes that contrast with your surroundings, and only you in the camera.
thanks man, you're the first one to actually show the camera. also, yeah, that thing is tiny, but meh, cell phones are getting smaller and smaller, but supposedly they're getting better =)
@A7XRaydog247 You're right. Small, but the camera is built very well. Been using it for 4 months now and I'm very satisfied. Strict requirements for your surroundings to make it work properly (lighting, color of clothes different than what's behind you, nothing else can move besides you in its view), but once you get the hang of it, it's spot on.
