I still haven't gotten over the Bears losing the Super Bowl five years ago. They were the better team and Lovie Smith quit on them (saying this in the wake of the Colts cutting Peyton Manning). The Bears management should of fired him after that game because look what has happened: they made the playoffs only once since then.
If Jay didn't get hurt this year we would've at least made the playoffs. I think we'll sign bad ass WR in FA like Reggie Wayne and Cutler will have a stellar season next year. Everyone compares Jay with the Bears to when he played in Denver but the Bears don't have a Brandon Marshall on their team. If we get Wayne we'll be a dominant team for years to come. Oh and an upgraded O line wouldn't hurt. Lol.
@tacos43 Dont forget about all the other injuries.....if no injuries would have happened. forsure we would be beating the packers and amking it another superbowl year
@mowkisSOUPS Sadly enough he set Bears passing records that year. Notice that was the year he wasn't getting sacked as much? It was because he was throwing all of those interceptions and having to throw too fast and without setting the feet.
Why not show highlights from the greatness of 2006 season and 2010 season? Seems like you showed failure n those two seasons when they were among some of the best seasons ever in Bear history yet you show 2007 highlights (a sucky yr) like it was great. Makes no sense. Loved the music though.
@JZ2001JC I made this video like a day after they lost to the Packers in the NFC Championship and I was so damn pissed that I only put bad highlights. The main point of the video was that after the Superbowl loss, we really went no where. Then last year, once we finally make it back to the playoffs we lose to the Packers! I really just made this to show my frustration and thats why there are no good highlights. Plus I didnt put 2007 highlights saying it was a good year. This video was a timeline

Hmm.....Being from Indianapolis this might sound crazy but I hope Peyton Manning goes to Chicago at least one of his years he has left in his career. There a lot of Colts/Bears fans from Indiana so it would be fun to that happen.
By big I literally mean height, not big name. A lot of his success in Denver had a lot to do with having Marshall to throw to. He can make a shitty throw or jump ball and that type of WR goes up and gets it, while Knox and Hester don't have the height/body to muscle around and push away DB's to get after it. Nothing against Bennett and Knox, I love them both, they just aren't number one receivers. If Cutler has time (which he didn't against the Packers) he usually makes plays. Big WR = Wins.
Cutler has his issues but personally I believe people expect to much from him. He is no Peyton Manning nor Tom Brady but he is, in my opinion, a great QB. He has his issues with mechanics but as the season went on they improved mightily and he cut his TD/INT ratio down greatly. He improved and now has a year in Martz's system and will hopefully improve again. If the Bears address the OL through Draft/FA and get Cutler a big #1 WR who goes after the ball I think he can succeed and so will Chicago
