No-one speaks English and they hate America. They are very arrogant and think they are special. There are millions of muslims and Africans and unemployment is very high. Everyone drinks wine and they only talk about philosophy. Paris is filthy and is full of prostitutes. I am never going back.

What you're saying is stupid. Really. Any political map will show the most racist place in France is the south (Côte d'Azur). As for the North, you'll find very few farms considering it's been an industrial steel/coal production zone for like 150 years. If you're afraid of racism and don't like the North, I strongly advise against South (PACA especially).
