Hi thanks for your video, very nice, I'd like to point out couple to facts that you've mention here.
1. Artigas, was not the "founder" of Uruguay but rather the father of our independence.
2. That there wasn't his tomb, it is a beautiful mausoleum.
3. Also, the building that you mention as "the only in the world" it is not so, there is one in buenos aires argetina, just like it, only difference is that the tower is in the center rather that in the side.
