I thinks this song talks about the so called Nanjing massacre committed by the Japanese Imperial Army & of the so called bio-chemlabs which tested on live human guinea pigs(chinese peasants) for the production of japanese chemical weapons. in which they simply gutted open a person while he/she is still alive & slowly watched them die experimenting on the different organs. fact or not, I think the japs just did for personal amusement! as they occupied parts of china during the war!
