Andre Dirrell gave Carl Froch a helluva boxing lesson. He made Froch frustrated the whole fight night and made Froch make miss fire all his signature punches. Yeah Cal kept saying Carl needed to prove himeslf before he would agree.
I believe at one point they were near to striking a deal but Cal wasn't happy with the money although this is just hear say.
As for Arthur, I too think he has a better chin (which is amazing when you think of it). Arthur undeniably has the better defence and as for the hitting some think it's Froch but here's what i think:-

Froch puts more weight behind his punches although Arthur has better placement so in practise Arthur has the stronger punch.
If Carl goes back to fighting the way he did in his early days (He picked up a bronze medal as an ametur so he can in fact fight technically if he wishes too) then he has a chance.
If however he goes in there with his hands by his side then it's goodnight Vienna...

Andre Dirrell gave Carl Froch a helluva boxing lesson. He made Froch frustrated the whole fight night and made Froch make miss fire all his signature punches. He made Froch look like amatuer swinging, lunging, plunging, his punches in frustration. I got Dirrell ahead of a point or two on my scorecards based on the knowledge of boxing as a sport. I agree with the Mexican judge. The 2 European judges I think are either biased or doesn't have enought experience or knowledge in boxing as a sport.

In both cases its A vs A and B vs B i.e If you're in Middle you fight Middle weight fighters... Super you fight Super. Therefore whoever has the best record is generally better..if there are bigger men in SUPER that means u have to be just as big to fight them...saying his record doesn't mean anything because he's a weight below is beyond stupid.

Dirrell is quick as fuck and has some super mad skills but you cant win by stealing the belt off the champ. He just ran away for 90% of the fight and held on all the time. Froch was well up for a brawl. When Dirrell went for it they were sweet punches too. very close, Again Froch just got it.I think thats what affected the card score. I want Froch to win but he needs to rethink his defence against Abraham.

I'd say except for Froch and Dirrell, it's any man's game. Kessler's obviously the favorite, but if Taylor has fixed his stamina issues he has a chance. Ward is an X factor. And Abraham can win a fight with a broken jaw. So who knows?

Kessler definitely didn't beat Calzaghe. Regardless, he is my favorite to win this tournament. He's proven he is only getting better and now in the prime of his career. Abraham is tough and also the smallest person in the Super Six. Taylor is a very weak link here, all the other five need to do against him is weather the storm and beat the hell out of him in the late rounds. Froch is easy to hit, Dirrel drops his hands, Ward and Abraham will be contenders but KESSLER will take them both.
