Freedom in capitalism is obtained by being too old to work or rich enough to make others work for you, that kind of freedom you can show right back where it came from.
I would add however that probably the best forms of communism can be found in small cooperatives that operate within capitalist societies. They are examples of how we can form grass roots socialism that works rather well on a small scale (due to the lack of hierarchies required in larger socialist systems that make them inefficient and counter to the goals of Marxism). So I think that Cooperatives are in fact a very good and healthy example of social/economic revolution.
