Heaven certainly exists, and we have shown that already. I suggest studying near-death experiences (NDEs) if you have any doubts.

Hell, on the other hand, isn't what we may think it is. It is more like a go-between this world and heaven, where you will linger until you are mature enough to proceed into the light.

But that's very theoretical. If you want a more practical experience of the reality of heaven, I suggest doing a tremendous amount of psilocybin mushrooms, in summertime and in nature, with friends, in isolation. Like this guy:

I am talking about the empirical study of near-death experiences, which all live to tell about a single creator entity, a "heaven" or spirit world filled with love, joy, other spiritual beings, etc.

Uhm, just log on to nderf(.)org and read a lot about it there, I guess. It's a good start. And there's many things about NDEs on the net/google. Search around, and you'll find interesting stuff and debates eventually :)
