i dont have apb but if u mean Gta IV i will think that the movement's is better in gta but it might be more fun in apb ..

I like the 2 of them but i dont really know if these game is better i only saw trailers and gameplay so i dont know if its better than gta i l have to wait till i get ps3 and these game comes out for ps3 :P
