  • It's snookie

  • cant watch it ad on it

  • haha a great horned owl? sandhill crane??? this things said to have a 8-10 ft wing span. ud have to be an idiot to mistake that

  • @DefensiveLine090

It's a scientific fact that people greatly mistake sizes when it comes to sightings or being a witness. There have been many scientific experiments that show that witness are almost entirely unreliable when it comes to relating details of a sighting, this includes size, color, etc. So it doesn't take an "idiot" to misinterpret an owl or crane in the dark, as being something that they are not.

  • @MichaelSGoldermann ive seen an owl in the dark. and cranes absolutly never fly at night unless disturbed. ill change what i said too 'ametuers would mistake it"

  • interesting tuning on that piano. a narrow semitone if I'm not mistaken.

  • a perfect urban legend

  • Another well done presentation Mr. Goldermann.

  • just a question could it evolved from the dragon family?

  • wow cool vid

  • I remember as a kid growing up in south jersey...my dad would drive past the leeds house..which was a bunch of bricks by the 80s and I'd get sooooo scared! Of course great aunts and uncles of mine have tall tales of jersey devil themselves about it leaving hoof prints in the snow on top of the shed or something. Crazy to think in elementary school they showed us films of eyewitnesses of the jersey devil. lol

  • lol it's hilarious to see how far this jersey devil myth has gotten. the real story is so off from these. XD if everyone knew what the real jersey devil was, there would be such an outrage and crap like that. people can't take the truth, so much is hidden from modern day people. which is why you people have no idea and live off of the myths of this creature. no offense at all, just saying. it's sad how much people don't know. but it isn't your fault

  • As I always said to myself what lies inside the pine barrens, woods like these could concele any creature, including the Jersey Devil.

  • whew...this gave me creeps...nice vid though!

  • damn nature u scary!

  • i have heard stories since i was three. i don't live in NJ but i hear of it. i am now a paranormal hunter. i have hunted the jersey devil severel times cause this was my best cryptids of all.

  • A couple of years ago, I read about the jersey devil in a magazine and it scared the hell out of me. In the description I read, it said that it was seen to have the forelegs of a pig and the hind legs of a kangaroo.

  • maybe a dog fuked a bat lol

  • It most certainly wouldn't be pleasant to meet a hammerhead bat in a woods without some sort of mental preparations.

  • did u see the sighting on paranormal state

  • the jersy devil is in jery shore xD snookie lol

  • I HAVE SEEN THE JERSEY DeVILS !! ITS ON THE CASTLEVANIA SERIES :P

  • the real jersey devil is snooki

  • ok first of let me say that i know a little about crytids and these animals and by far the one that scares me the most is the jersy devil i know for a fact that it could all just be a hoax but with out evidence nobody can prove anything, but now to the point, i was watching this at 2 o'clock in the morning and i got a text and my phone has a massive vibrator(nobody think wrong) and that shit scared me i fetl my hear coming out of my chest man :'(

  • Im reading about the new jersey devil in school. I think hes real i have nightmares almost every night about him

  • i really love and enjoy your vids michael! you know how to bring to your audiences the reliable and accurate information. Might i suggest you start doing your own documentary? It would be so fascinating, interesting, and aweesome!!!

  • i live colse to new Jersey and take a look around but what ifs its real i don't want to die lol

  • @bakuganmasterdude If the jersey devil is real then it is probably like Harry from Harry and the Hendersons.People tend to over exagerrated when they are scared of something unknown to them. For example someone get's scared of a beetle and says "Did you see that? That beetle was really big." When it was actually small.

  • Do One Of A Marozi Michael!

  • Its Chuck norris's pet

  • hey that's my dog!

  • I went camping in those woods I did not see it but it gets very very dark there at night. It is very easy to fall into a swamp and get stuck and possibly die.

  • jersey devil vs snooki!

  • nice work micheal :D , do you look around for sources or do you have a book?i find your vids fasinating and wonder how you find so much, or is it your a crypozooologist yourself?

  • @aysonator Just years of occasional research through books, sightings, descriptions and then I draw up some theories and conclusions of my own. If I had the resources, my videos would be much longer, and I would go into the field where these mysteries occur and question eye-witnesses, etc.

  • @MichaelSGoldermann can you do a video on the myth of ''Bloody Mary''? I'd love to see what things you pull out from its origin and such

  • I luv the Jersey Devil. It's one of the biggest mysteries of all! My guess: maybe this creature is some form of dragon. It has common physical attributes to a dragon, and dragon legends tell of citizens who see it get scared witless; the same thing happened to the Jersey Devil. it may be farfetched, but it only works if dragons were indeed real. dragons are another interesting topic: legends of dragon or dragon-like beasts are worldwide, even the inuits have legends of dragons. so, that's that

  • @professordino1994 It's true that many cultures across the globe have drawings or stories of dragon-like animals. Psychologists have explained that the cause for the possilble non-coincedental similarities is due to the human mind. They explain that dragons represent many of man's primordial fears as they are reptilian, can fly, etc. Which are all characteristics that early human beings had to be aware of in order to avoid getting hunted and killed. But who knows, maybe they're more than legend.

  • @MichaelSGoldermann well, not to argue against well-trained psychologists, but that idea is actually complete science fiction. many scientists who are under the field of human biology say that our brains have no design whatsoever to store memories of our ancestors; saying that dragons are the fears of primitive humans is like saying that I can remember where my great-great granpa was born; it's impossible. It is a good theory, but it's based on no facts. (If I ticked/annoyed u, sorry)

  • @professordino1994 You in no way ticked/annoyed me. I enjoy many different theories and discussions on my videos. The way I see it, they are not necessarily memories from the past but more of an instinctual imprint on the human mind. Many plants and animals in the wild are specially evolved to adapt to prey and predators in their environment so why not the mind also? How else does life successfully continue without evolving and changing natural instincts as the world around them changes as well?

  • @MichaelSGoldermann mutated bat possibly?

  • @MichaelSGoldermann Id say dragons came about when ancient people found bones of dinosaurs. Id like them to have been real though :-)

  • @gavhenrad The idea of Dragons in essence isn't so far-fetched. Dinosaurs were reptiles, of their fossilised remains which were found these included Pteradactyls and Pteranadons who could fly i.e. they were large flying reptilian creatures like dragons. Infact Dinosaurs were around at a time when many animals including mammals were also larger (why remains of supersizes kangaroos and wombats were discovered in Australia) Take out the fire breathing, add some teeth and you have yourself a dragon.

  • @MichaelSGoldermann i dont know how i automaticaly laughed at 1:32 L0L

  • @professordino1994 i think th Jersey Devil is a relative for the chupacabra at least there is one good thing there no mysteries in my country :/

  • @professordino1994 I also have a thing for the jersey devil, I am from Puerto Rico so obviously no encounters, but I read about it a lot and I look for videos. Most of the videos of witnesses and descriptions are mostly all alike and you actually get fascinated at all the witnesses story's going one another with the same facts. If we where gonna look at it, in every tale of this legend they will always be a name, a place, and a time related...Makes me think that all of it could or was true.

  • The Jersey Devil is one of my alltime favorite paranormal creatures one because it is in a sense a dragon but in a mammal state, Paranormal State made an episode on Jersey Devil and got some really good evidence on Heat footage, and is attributed to Native Americans which I'm pretty sure dubbed it "Drake Kill" or something like that. And this is a bit Irrelevant but have you heard of the "Dear Man" of Illinois? Its not well-known, but it struck me as odd because of how it related to Hell hounds.

  • you know what i always thought..you know how bigfoot and yeti go hand and hand right....well what about the jersey devil and chupacabra are linked one in the same of just different species of each other, kinda like alligators and crocodiles, horse and zebras....that would make sense to me

  • @slappinyaface To me, I could see the Jersey Devil and Mothman going hand in hand. Both were described to be flying cryptids. Both were the supposed culprits for sudden and immense rashes of sightings and then they both suddenly dissipated. Both were blamed for the mutilations of many dogs and livestock. And both cryptids do not match any known animals, they both seem to be paranormal or supernatural to some degree.

  • @MichaelSGoldermann have you even watched any of the movies based on it, like "13th Child" it wasnt a very good movie, but i always wanted to do a film (good one) based of the jersey devil following the route of the Leeds family

  • Ay i wanna say great vid. I hear read lot bout this. Specially in this book. I just got. Called monsters of new jersey-mysterious creatures in the garden state. It is a great read. But lots of shit bout the jersey devil. & even has a list of jersey devil sightnings. & saw one that caught my eye. About a strange creature killed in paterson. Was exhibited. Thought to be a carcass of the jersey devil. Thats just the excerpt of it. & was around 1918. Peace.

  • sounds real to me
