@maculata Honestly, I use that method simply because I don't have a smaller bowl for the chocolate. You could absolutely use a double boiler instead - it's a better way to ensure that the chocolate doesn't burn.
What would be the main difference between the egg white based mousse and a whipped cream based mousse? I've had mostly cream based mousses, so I was wondering if there were any advantages of one or the other.
@Dancypants1810 The texture - I feel that cream-based mousses taste closer to pudding, which is fine is you like that, but the gummy light texture you get from this mousse more closely resembles what I think the mouth-feel of mousse should be like.
@TheANBart Is there a particular diet you're on? The tofu scramble I made in "Killer Tofu" is a low fat dish, and I've got a few episodes with veggies coming up too.
Good lord this would be so delicious if I wasn't allergic to chocolate! And while, I've had your cookies, this would push me over!

Note to self: Do not watch Morgan's videos before eating. She'll make you smile but MAN my mouth is watering.

Hmm... Is it possible to omit the alcohol? I can't really get my hands on it :/

@CompulsiveOrigami You can but it will change the texture of the mousse.

Is there any advantage to using a plain pan to mix the chocolate, butter, and coffee together instead of double boiling it?

Do you know any diet recipes? Whichever dish, just if anything fun comes to your mind, I'll be looking forward to it. :))
