I've never played FFVI or Dissidia, so maybe it's because I have no nostalgia for either, but I actually prefer God in Fire to Dancing Mad. They're both great songs and either would fit, but I think this was the better choice. Sure, the chorus overlaps a bit awkwardly at the start, but when the main theme started, I got chills.
