  • It is funny, that every one seems to have neighbouring over their cultures. The Korean with the Japanese, the Thai with the Cambodians, the Indonesians with the Malaysians, etc. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...

  • It`s a nice video but your title is a bit deceptive...

  • This is thai we have a evidence that khmer king(nak ong eng) ask siam to teach them a culture because khmer culture were lose.

However this root from khmer culture but it has been develop by thai more than a century.

Imagine, japan bring chinese culture and develop so it become their own style.

  • @settabut, u know absolutely nothing about Japanese culture. During the heian era [early 11th century], Japan went out of there way to get rid of anything Chinese in their country. Overtime, a few simple things like an instrument and food have been greatly adapted though comparing Japanese & Chinese culture side by side u will see that thy have absolutely few similarities if any.

Instead, try comparing Mexican with Spain, of which Mexicans utterly stole their entire culture from.

  • Thai master !!! khmer lie !!! Rubbish !!!

  • So do these dances have an origin in Khemer and then spread to Thailand?

  • What thai masters did not teach shit to khmer people. We have evidence before you guys couldn't flex your hands has nicely has the khmer masters. You needed the gold fingernails to create an illusion that you can flex it as nicely us the khmer. khmer surin has taught you guys how to flex it by force from thai people. Khmer surin live in poverty so they'll do anything for money. So why make up such a lie? Why aren't you thankful?

  • @LMAO4real: I strongly support,. Thai master?!? rubbish...i can learn your trandition dance in only one afternoon. It's a copy one so i don't have to spend more time on time. One afternoon is more than enough for thai dance.

  • Thai people are delusional and lost. They have no history or record from there past. They keep trying to make everything there's its so sick. The khmer temple is in the jungle under 107 degress. Khmer people are dark skin because they built the temple. Thai people are light and mostly resembles chinese people. So stop lying!

  • This Instrumental music you heard in this video is not originated from Thailand . It is a traditional music Originated from Laos .After the fall of Lan Xang (1828) , Luang Prabang King gives to the thai king a group of musician using Khaen . After hearing the Khaen , it became very popular in Thailand also because of the North-east (Essan former territory of Lao lan Xang) gived by the French . There was only Lao there.

  • @Xoootaku wow you know so much about the history of Laos and Thailand! Are you Lao? My dad is Lao and my mom is Thai, but I think she used to live in the region that used to belong to Lao Ian Xang.

  • Love it!! Proud of my heritage!

  • Beautiful!

  • Wow. Thai and Khmer Dances are so similar. Glad we all share alike things within each other. Even though we're fighting =/

  • Heh, you should see how the Bolivians fight with the Peruvians over musical art claiming that one steals it from the other when in reality, it's obvious that bordering regions will share similar traditions and customs (I think Thai and Khmer is a perfect example). Isan and Laos too :D

  • @ThatxStaphyy similar dance becoz Thaimaster teach Khmer.

  • that's right!!! thaimaster had taught Khmer just hundreds years ago at their palace but Khmer said that thailand copied theirs.

  • Good job :D
