Looks like this Pontiac has been modified to keep it going --he's shifting gears manually from the floor, while the car clearly originally had a Hydramatic (and apparently from the dash vents, had factory air conditioning as well). Shows you how the embargo denied the Cubans repair parts and forced them to improvise to keep the old Detroit iron on the road...
