  • I love this guy. He can tell a story so well

  • Devestatingly sad, brilliantly composed and lyrics that cut like a knife. Secret House Against The World is album full of amazing tracks.

  • Simply amazing.

  • one of my all-time buck favs.

  • Just...fantastic..

  • You don't even have to appreciate hip hop culture to like this song. I'd have to say that hip hop is usually at the bottom of my list when it come to genre's of music. But Buck 65 is really something else

  • "the hole in his stomach tastes like words..." spine chilling song

  • I've been hooked on Buck 65 ever since I saw him perform with Sage Francis a few years ago. The simple, yet beautiful beat fits the subtle, powerful lyrics of this song. I don't see how anyone that appreciates hip hop could dislike this song.

  • raw as fuck...perfect..life does not always have the perfect beat...if so, you make one

  • @voivod care to explain why this is "fucking terrible"? if you don't, people wont take your fail comment seriously.

  • @voivod Terrible beat - that's you're opinion. Personally, I love it. It allows me to focus on what he's saying, and not get distracted by some obnoxious in-your-face sound that takes away from the song as opposed to amplifying it. Lyrically, as with most of Buck 65's songs, it's amazing. It tells a very interesting story of a man who's been destroyed by the woman he loves, and yet, seems to be content with it. Sorry if you're simply too stupid to understand what he's saying... tis' a shame.

  • poetry

  • such a beautiful song

  • good god i wish i had the instrumental to this.

  • Not alot of great canadian mc`s... Right here is one of the best.

  • I love this song. I think it's about people who are lonely, but are too afraid to get out and participate in the world, or maybe are just too inept to. Lots of room for interpretation, though.

  • I've never been one to gush; but oh, how I love Buck 65....

  • this man is a national treasure, i loved his show for the great introductions and now I check out his own creations, pretty impressed

  • He's got a show on CBC radio 2 now some of the stuff he plays sucks but some good stuff give it a check

  • beautiful song

  • suchh a sick beat I came my pants like 3 times and I'm not even wearing headphones

  • haha sick.... :)

  • I hear ya I feel that way just watching him lol

  • absolutely fuckin deadly \m/

  • Buck is always gonna be good in my book. Ive been hooked since i heard pants on fire no one can deny the greatness that is Richard Terfry

  • @JerryCoCane He goes by rich retard

  • @seatimeocean Rich Retard is actually a pretty good name for a rapper.

  • rapethnun is right because i just started listing since situation and i love all his shit.

  • i've always thought this song was incredible

  • It angers me when the fans of his older, more traditional hip-hop bash his newer work. It's different, but it's beautiful and just as great as his early work.

  • Me too man, I like both styles, but their both very different, I probably prefer his later stuff though, just. His early stuff had some clever wordplay but his latest stuff is incredibley deep, like so poetic and beautiful.

  • i fuckin love this song.

  • this song is so good

  • What an amazing song this is. Buck 65 is so damn underrated in the underground scene. It's sad because he is so great.

  • post a comment for pete's sake :) it's a great song :)
