  • Great video!!! I got one question.."straw J"???? It was funny I just want to make sure I am saying it right. Again, great video!!!!

  • HEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLL YEAH BROTHER

  • @devonnb0 i disagree with denying welfare benefits if someone test positive for drugs -drug addiction is a sickness -so rather thenn kick them off of welfare -make if mandatory that in order to recieve benefits they must be enrolled in an outpatient program designed to get them off drugs

  • @curtisjones400 sorry you feel that way.

  • u are not paying taxes for ppl on welfare you r paying taxes to the rich, you do not understand, that usa has a strategic system that has to have a poor class to have a richer class, each hand feeds eachother, but you wont know that, further you should be happy and greatful that you have a job instead of talking shyt when you dont even know how usa operates its money.

  • @70330600006 Are you seriously saying that we don't pay taxes for those receiving welfare. THEN WHERE DOES THAT WELFARE CHECK COME FROM?

  • @2411Hellokitty JPMorgan Chase Bank & Company pays for welfare recipients to stay on welfare not you tax payers so your barking up the wrong tree

  • @70330600006 So we pay taxes to them so that they can keep people on welfare. So even with your thinking I am still paying taxes to people on welfare.

  • @2411Hellokitty NO your paying your taxes to the federal reserve & its none of your business how they want to dispense your money!!!!

  • @70330600006 Stop trying to deflect the blame. Our Taxes go to social programs. Ur post is full of holes, trying to blame the rich. I ain't rich, I pay taxes and I have a job. If I can piss for the military, U can piss to get my tax money. Stop trying to say JP Morgan finance the welfare system. Listen to what this guy is saying, AND realize this. More white ppl R on welfare so, more white ppl will be test and more white ppl will test positive. put down the blunt and go get a job!!!

  • @brittboyer1 your uneducated and i have to respect you for that

  • @70330600006 remember THC stays in the system for 30 days, so just b/c u didn't toke up for 24 hours doesn't mean ur clean. U feel me?? But hey don't believe me, I am uneducated.

  • Sending my love to you Amiel!!! Your awesome!! Copy this message, paste to others, and spread this message!! Proud of you!! Yes,i fully agree to drug testing welfare recipients. It's time for the abuse to stop!!

  • Amiel,i applaud you!! Speak the truth!! They alway's said truth hurts,i guess it does!! Please, spread your message of truth to the inner communities, please let them know and hear your's(and americas) displeasure with abuse of gov.assistence.There are many people in those communities that are truely lost, maybe your words will effect someone in a positive way,hit a bone inside them and make them want to change.I'm proud of you for speaking out like this, stay strong!!

  • Learn to articulate, get a degree and get in office. ur my vote material.

  • DRUG TEST YEEESSS!!! F**k these lazy bastards!

  • thank you, finally a smart person, now how about our politicians??

  • end all welfare and assistance programs as we know it, fuck this shit, sick of these leaches

  • AMEN Brother!

  • they will soon have everybody pissing for the paycheck - right into your own toilets folks, not just the poor and disadvantaged, or the cannibus users - you are fools to promote this persecution, and it's what the few freedom loving americans left should hate most! Their blasted 'drug' frenzies has resulted in arrests and home invasions now of 1 of every 3 americans - enough! Free the people!

  • There is NOTHING unconstitutional about having welfare requirements. Just like you need to be below a certain income level, you should have to be clean to ensure that our TAX DOLLARS are being used in the best interest of the American people. If you can support a drug habit, you can support yourself on you OWN money.

  • 3. What happens to the children, who through no choice of their own, may have a "drug positive" parent who needs assistance?

    4. What about those who are disabled and can't work? Should they also be subjected to drug testing?

  • @sc00b3rt Well for starters if a welfare child of a drug abusing parent is busted then I would be safe to say that the child is not benifiting from the assistance in the first place. If the parent does test positive for drugs then that child needs to be removed from that home immediatly.

Secondly about disabled people...well common sense can play a simple factor here.

  • @Jenkins1997 With the government there is no common sense. Should they drug test the kids too? What about "alcohol and Cigs"? They are drugs too? Should those be included, or do you find that its acceptable for your tax dollars to support those habits only because they are "legal"? Who pays the costs associated with the foster care system and drug rehab that is often ordered by the courts in these types of cases?

  • @sc00b3rt Don't see your reasoning behind drug testing kids...they are not the recipients their parents are so that would be a whole other topic.

In my State you already cannot use foodstamps for Cigs or alcohol not sure about your area but it should be that way.

I would much rather my tax dollars go toward the FCS and rehabilitation of a person so they can have a better shot at life and contributing to society then being raised in or living in a endless cycle of drugs and leaching.

  • @Jenkins1997 You can't use foodstamps for DRUGS EITHER!!! Welfare goes beyond foodstamps, it also includes cash payments via TANF, SSI, etc. You take the kids away, but mommy knows that the state is going to take care of their kids do you really think that is going to stop the cycle? Now you just created another cycle called foster care and drug rehab (and they will relapse, over and over again). So what cycle is being ended?

  • @sc00b3rt I know foodstamps aren't it but they are a very large if not the largest source abused. They are easy to sell for what they are worth because they are not taxed.

The FCS and Drug rehab offers a better chance to the individual even if a large portion does relapse over and over again. Surely you don't think a child would be better left alone to a drug ridden home for its entire life cause guess what the probably outcome of that childs life will probably be!? The same as the parents

  • @Jenkins1997 So if foodstamps can be "sold" don't you think they are being sold for Cigs and Alcohol too? As far as taking a child away, it would be highly dependent on the situation. If someone is smoking dope once a week, no I don't think they should be taken away. Also, anyone who receives welfare is a recipient or beneficiary. That is how illegals who have kids on our soil get foodstamps. Their kids qualify, but they do not. So, kids getting tested too???

  • @Jenkins1997 I also would say that not ALL welfare recipients lay on their backs putting out a trillion kids. I think you may find interesting the information about child support collection and what kind of collection rates are found among most welfare recipients. Part of what I found was that many of those on welfare (single parents) would not be asking for help if the non-custodial parent paid their support on a regular basis.

  • @sc00b3rt I agree that not all welfare recipients are abusing the system but it would be naive to think that a large scale of them do not abuse it and we must find a way to thin that number down before they ruin it for the one's that genuinely need the help.

  • @Jenkins1997 There is no doubt in my mind that there is abuse of the system. However, whenever any system is put into place people are going to abuse it. I would suggest that there are other factors that play a major role in the reasons behind WHY people "abuse" the system. Drugs are a part, but are not why the majority of people on Welfare are on it. How do you feel about JP MOrgan making TONS of money off the "system", getting bailouts, etc. Should we be giving our taxpayer money to them

  • @Jenkins1997 Have you also thought about what kind of "standard" this sets for "non-welfare" citizens? I think there are several other issues that need to be addressed. Example: Im tired of paying for illegals to come here, pop out a ton of kids, then be able to access our countries benefits for nothing. That to me is more pressing than the welfare recipients who are doing drugs. Reduction in welfare costs: Illegals and their kids & better collection of child support.

  • 1. Welfare recepients do work, or have worked. Think about all the people who just lost their jobs through no fault of their own that paid into the system.

    2. About six out of 10 adults receiving welfare in 2002 reported that during the previous 12 months they had either worked or engaged in activities to prepare for work.

  • I wish I could give you a high five over the internet

  • what if it was you...... its 2011 oct. now what do u think... did your taxes go down.. how manny of ur gay as friends have loss there benifits..and have to ask u for money or to let them spend the night at ur house....the drug addicts and coner store dope boys welfare recips. aint the prob.....the federal reserve is the prob. until u silly people see that its just gone get worse..............OCCUPY HOUSTON.....OCCUPY WALLSTREET...END THE FED

  • GREAT VIDEO... Im right there with you.To get most jobs you need to pass a drug test... We get jobs to get paid... So for the people that dont work to still get paid but they dont need to get drug tested is just stupid... How about if we dont drug test people on welfare and just take it away. If you cant take care of your kid the state will take them because you cant provide for them. Great video man... But if they feel the need to live off our tax money then drug test them.

  • I can not get wealfare as it only women with children who gets special help as it is not fare!

  • Drug testing is a racket for the economy, now we pay for the food stamps and drug testing. pushing the poor IS A VERY BAD IDEA, they will hurt people and flood the jails for no other reason than they are hungry. BUT if we drug test the nation then i am cool with that! Google debt clock dummy GIVE THE POOR A REASON TO HATE THE GOVERMENT MORE THAN THEY ALLREADY DO!DRUG TEST THEM GO AHAED let the deadly games begin.

  • @richardwilliam1967 So what would be your plan? Give them what ever they want just to appease them? The only realy racquet here is the Goverment Assistance programs...in the end they are a means for the Government to control you. You cannot depend on someone without allowing them to control you and the more you depend on them the more they control you. The Governments job is not to provide for us but to protect us to that WE can go get the provisions we need.

  • @Jenkins1997 HEY Jenkins, when you learn where money comes from and how it is valued then you will see that those who get and dont contribute are PAWNS.ITS WRONG BUT THIS WILL GO AWAY SOON AND BE A MUTE POINT! PLEASE WATCH THE PLAY LIST END THE FED.

  • @richardwilliam1967 I hope it doesn't become a mute point cause something has to be done. We just don't have it to keep giving. I'm 30 now I just wonder how bad it can get if we just turn our back on the issue 20-30 years from now.

  • That sounds good, For one thing unemployment is paid by "the formally employed” so by law that is their money if laid off of work. So many people are out of work because there are no jobs!!!! You don't punish addicts you help them kick the habits. If you want to fix the system take the money out of the hands of drug addicts while helping to keep their families together and looking out for the welfare of our next generations. Think things through before formulating such a biased opinion.

  • SO DAMN TRUE GET HIGH ON YOUR MONEY NOT MIINE

  • You are THE MAN !!! BTW if you ain't a ho on sombodys W2 yo ass needs to get a job lmao

  • I guess you can understand that I dream of a day that there is no excusses for stupid ass behavior,if its a law then abide by it or have it changed.Everyone act responsible or pay the consequences.Either do or get out of the way someone else will happily.

    peace out man...............

  • Another problem I have is why are we not doing drug test on people when they are pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving? they will slam a breathalizer in your mouth to test you for driving under the influence. There is a drug tes that can be done in as much time as it takes them to test for cocane or meth with their little test kits.A Q-tip drug test takes less than 5 minutes. They are used all over the world as a accepted form of pre-employment drug screen."Hold everyone to the same standerds

  • If everyone was held to the same standerds (working and "temporary unemployed") we would not have this class warfare that the two partyies have started in the middle to poverty income levels. The upper class is ammune to it becuse they have money and do not need assistance, their wealth has always provided for them.If someone has to be drug tested for a job driving a semi then how come someone on welfare can be recieving assistance "when temporary unemployed" if they cannot even pass a drugscreen

  • good video...

this is however a verry tuff thing for democrats to let go of. that group of people is the voting base for democrats.

  • @poopanddooky EXACTLY! Well said. 2 thumbs up

  • @poopanddooky

Anybody who supports something because it's "democratic" or "republican" is fucking stupid. There's things BOTH parties support that I like, and things that I don't. People need to be LESS concerned with finding a "group" and MORE concerned with promoting common-sense.

  • Hit the nail on the head, finally someone who gets it!

  • Government is the gun. What compassion can one render with the gun? Locally, streets, sewers, and suchlike ubiquitous public goods, serving all individuals, now THAT'S good government. Struggling? Know an unfortunate? Opt into a church, a civic club, what have you. Change the life and save it!!!

  • great video.. u a funny guy too lol..

  • So if your a drug addict and your on assistance and you fail instead of getting them help kick em off assistance and let em die? It's only a small percentage who abuse the system. I could go on on this debate, but I am waiting for a response.

  • @justice787 Debate? Nothing to debate....If your a druggie it's by choice. Nobody shoved that crackpipe in their mouth. They did it of their own volition........

  • @CheckM8King2 And thats right we are talking about choice, about mistakes that sometimes takes us all down a path of self destruction and personal hell. Nobody is exempt and I mean nobody so when the time comes for you to need a helping hand should I judge you for the choices you made or should I help you?

  • @justice787 There are pulic programs available to help drug addicts. It all starts with the person. If they want help they can get it. I don't have a problem funding these programs. However, when former president Bush advocated faith hepl for the poor he was attacked by the liberals crying separation of church and state. It's a proven fact these organizations IE: Salvation Army can spend a dollar more efficiently than government agencies.

  • From about 3:00, I was laughing. I can't believe you actually said what so many people have been thinking. Love this video!

  • This is bullshit.

  • @roxyanddice:

First of all: learn proper grammar and proper spelling.

    Second of all:

Why should any one who is working pay for your family to do drugs? Your post really pissed me off. How dare you say this is the government attacking the poor. NO!!!! this is the government taking a stand and putting a stop to lazy druggies taking advantage of hard workers. People who WORK, who are mature adults. Grow the fuck up and stop whining that your family will die if they are drug tested. Fuck!

  • BRAVO BRAVO . You are a fine American, sir!! Testing for drugs?..Absolutely. I would go one step further: Must take birth control andtest for tobacco, not allowed to vote either. If you're not contributing anything to society you shouldn't be allowed to vote. As far as medical marijuana use remember that it's still classified as illegal by the federal government. Let me add as a white man I know plenty of white people that are scamming the welfare so you racists don't say it's just blacks!

  • I TOTALLY AGREE !

  • Cannabis is amazing medicine that almost everyone can benefit from. Fuck this redneck drug testing shit.

  • I think that if you fail the drug test the USA should send you back to your native country for good!

  • Looks good on all those Negro crackheads!

Now the rate of robbery will skyrocket! Blacks will riot in "Da Hood" to support their crack habits!

  • Perfect video! Summed it up from 1:30-1:40

Thank you so much for a great post!

  • AMEN brother, well said dude!

  • i am seeing so many people in agreement with drug testing welfare recipients, but i have to ask them one thing. Did you vote republican or democratic last presidential election? Exactly people... things are not going to change until we make them change, start voting with your brain.

  • The people who disagree with this policy, probably are on drugs, and they want free drug money, taken from the tax payer.

  • if you can afford to buy drugs, then why do you need gov't assistance?? The $200. or more dollars a week their spending on drugs, can go towards groceries instead.

  • Well I understand the anger, but why not put that energy and money you would spend on drug testing instead on helping them to find a job? Not everyone has a skill or a solid employment background, they sometimes need to be trained or given some extra help. We also need to boost the minimum wage.

  • @xebob Finally someone with common sense. This new law is like putting a Band-Aid on a bullet wound.

  • If you work for the government, like me working civil service. I have to submit to drug testing to keep my job. Now if I fail that drug test, I will lose my job. So that means I will lose my pay check. So what is the difference. If you are getting a check from the government. Whether it be a job or assistance then you need to submit to a drug test.

  • I don't agree with this policy. How is needing public assistance related to doing drugs? One has nothing to do with the other. I'm poor...therefore, I'm on drugs? This is RIDICULOUS! This is just the government's way of screwing with poor people that are underrepresented and don't have a voice.

  • @TheYumKitty This will only weed out those that poor BECAUSE they are on drugs. Those that are poor and just need assistance to get back on their feet, most likely won't be on drugs, and will pass the drug test, and therefor, shouldn't be a problem. These people will keep getting the assistance they NEED and DESERVE, unlike those who just use welfare, which the tax payer pays for, to get high.

  • @TheYumKitty Yes it is related, drug addicts are usually poor because they spend all their money on, you guessed it, drugs. If you are living off of other peoples money be prepared to justify your expenses to them and if those expenses include things you don't really need like drugs then it is only fair that the other people who are paying your bills can stop wasting their money on you.

  • @win70supershadow Drug addict is not synonymous with poor. Drug addicts come from all socio-economic backgrounds and demographics. Similarly, most, if not all, people on welfare are paying taxes in some shape form or fashion. Thus, they're not just spening other people's money. When have you purchased something and not had to pay taxes? I think we have this preconceived idea of how someone on welfare looks and conducts themselves in their everyday lives.

  • @win70supershadow (continued) I believe the proposed legislation is a direct reflection of that. I don't condone living on the system without any intention of getting off. Neither do I support drug use. However, I believe there are other more effective ways of regulating public assistance. I don't think this is the answer. I believe the proposed legislation is an invasion of privacy and slippery slope leading to requiring poor people to relinquish their rights to other bodily fluids and parts.

  • @TheYumKitty If you can pay for drugs, you don't need MY money to support you!

  • dumb asses when it comes to unemployment that means they where working so that makes them able to claim unemployment so if i work my whole dm life and loose my job and it take a month a 2 i have to be drugd tested thats wrong. maybe anyone thats been on it for longer than 5 mnths should be tested. and if someone has hit hard times or just loose a job and they are made to go through drug testing they are on a fixed income only peop who fail should have to pay 4testing

  • no offense brother, but this web camera sucks

  • I agree %100 i work my ass off to support these fat, lazy bastards......

  • Baby back bullshit! Your tax dollars are going to where ever the government wants it to go! Read a little more sir!

  • shut up i dont do drugs but my family dose and i diss agree if they do this my familythey will die so thiss wiil cause a civil uprise and a war dont u get it all welfair people do drugs with means noone will be eligabel thiss is the goverment attacking the poor

  • I love this!!! It had me crackin' up. I couldn't agree more!

  • And when will you be running for president sir!?

  • GREAT POST YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION

  • I can just see Al Sharpton ranting and raving about this one!

  • i think they should give them free child care while they look for a job. if they dont find one in 3 months get them one at mcdonalds or something.

  • by the way growing up like dat. in the south bronx beign in a gang i grew the fuck up and made something of myself. i enlisted and join the united states ARMY and now im a successful man with a degree. people have it bad so did i. it didnt stop me. people want to be freeloaders because they choose too!!!!

  • @aronevans.... "perhaps drug testing should start at the top then poverty classes"? perhaps not. the people on top are the ones receiving free money from the goverment. you know i come from the shitty welfare areas. although never on it cause my single mom had 3 jobs to support my 2 sister and 1 brother all of us from the same father that passed away in a car accident. funny how they denied people who need it but approved criminals on drug abuse.

  • I just subbed to you just because of this video keep it up

  • Perhaps the drug testing should start at the top before it is applied to the poverty class.

What about people on legit medications or taking otc and false positive test results.

Bullying comes in many forms and looking down rather than up at the root problem is part of the blame game.

    Education is key

change the mindset, change the culture, changes the people

  • Dont know if somebody already posted this but apparently Kentucky passed the same law!! IM SO TIRED OF LAMES LIVIN OFF OF MY SSI THAT I WANT TO COLLECT WHEN I RETIRE!

  • Good video, good points. If you don't got money to eat, how do you got money for weed?

  • I work, and I have to take drug tests. If I want a paycheck, I don't get the luxury of being able to smoke weed. Why should welfare recipients get a luxury that working people don't get?

  • @magiccat12 ''Why should welfare recipients get a luxury that working people don't get''

Because welfare is a property right to those who are elibile for it and your job is not.

  • @jfsfrnd

and I'm giving my opinion as to what should be required to be eligible for it.

  • @magiccat12 So who else should be elected to give up their 4th amendment rights? Other people you don't personally like?

  • @jfsfrnd

Then let's outlaw employer drug testing. If people too stupid to understand birth control deserve the 4th amendment, so do hardworking people who save and plan their family finances.

  • @magiccat12 Hardworking people who save and plan their family finances get into car accidents which leave them disabled, get diseases which leave them disabled, are assaulted which leaves them disabled. They're not immune to needing assistance forever just because they do the right thing.

  • @jfsfrnd

and they have health insurance, which makes them suck up the money of other health insurance customers, rather than the tip of the paycheck for unwilling people like me who work 57 hours a week just to make ends meet in Chicago with no car, walking to work, because a bus pass is $86 a month, and I can't afford it.

  • @magiccat12

and futhermore, I am sick of being discriminated against for choosing not to marry. The married people across the hall from me pay half the taxes that I do, while I struggle to pay my rent. Relationships are none of the government's business. I am an american, just as each of them is. We are supposed to be equal under the constitution.

  • @magiccat12 How are they going to pay their health insurance premiums when they are forced to go on SSI/SSDI? They are going to be on Mecicaid/Medicare. You're complaing because you are able-bodied and can work, and can walk? There are people who are disabled, can't work, and can't walk. And they have to live on a very small amount of money. Consider yourself lucky.

  • @jfsfrnd

Well, in my opinion, no one has the right to take his or her problem and make it someone elses problem, with no strings attached. If that is a right under the law, I am all for changing the law.

  • @magiccat12 People do that all the time.

  • excellent video my friend I agree with you 100%, thank you for having common sense

  • AMEN!!!!! AMEN!!!! AMEN!!!!! I wish we had that law in our state!! You are EXACTLY RIGHT!!!!!!! And this is LOOOOOOOOOOONG OVER DUE!!!!!!!! They should have done this YEARS ago!!! In fact I think drug addicts and alcoholics should not even collect unemployment of Indian tax money because they will use it for their drug habit. I can say that because I'm part Indian. Thank you!! God bless you for getting the word out!

  • People have to pass drug tests for certain employment, so why not do the same for Government assistance? If they take away their benefits, they will try harder to get themselves clean. If they don't, there will be no work ethic on their part and their children would likely follow suit.

  • @MrNYCman530 THANK YOU! I see this as a preventive measure to help ensure tax payer dollars aren't going to waste for peoples bad habits. In addition, to turn around and pay for their therapy for recovery. They are basically helping people continue to be destructive if they don't intervene somewhere.

  • Nice video. I agree with you. I work hard for my money and don't spend my money on drugs, and don't want to spend it on other peoples' drugs either.

  • @GFRomaji Exactly! That's what i'm talking about.

  • My dad just died 4 months ago in a freak accident, my mom is a mess and she got fired from her really good County job (in a WELFARE office ironically) because the doctor wont let her return to work. totally involuntary she was so upset when she got fired

I do agree with the drug testing because of so many people abuse the system and then families like mine who really need it get effed over.

Just please remember that not all people on welfare are weed smoking alcoholics who dont want a job

  • @aniegirl61994 I know and I do apologize for generalizing all people on benefits. I meant to focus only on those abusing the system for their own personal destruction ya know.

  • @AmielKitrelle yeah i totally agree with you haha its all good, i cant stand people who abuse the system, my moms job was to give benefits to all these weed smoking booze drinking unemployed lazy people and complained about it all the time. We have the same opinion as you haha,, keep it up man i love your vids

i mostly posted my comment so other people werent naiive and think all people having govt aid were lazy haha

  • I do agree with you. They definitely need to require those on welfare and food stamps and those who are applying for welfare and food stamps to submit and pass drug tests. It is the same thing especially where I work, I am subject to random drug tests as a condition to continued employment and if any employee tests positive, they lose their job. The same should go for those on welfare and food samples. Also while on welfare, they should be actively looking for employment and not be lazy.

  • I agree with you. You speak the truth and there needs to be more people like you.

  • Damn Right Brother! Well said! Preach it!

  • Good vid man, if only there were more people like you in this world.

  • DAMN FUCKING RIGHT!!!!! AT THE START OF THIS VIDEO I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONA BE ANOTHER UNEDUCATED MORON BUT YOUR A SMART MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!

  • @joneje4 LMAO Thank you joneje4, I'm glad I proved you wrong aye? lol

  • No food stamps. Issue them a welfare card with photo I.D that has restrictions on what can be purchased. No booze, tobacco,no cash. If the person wants to sell their food or clothing for drugs let them. Impose a limit on the length someone can be on welfare and follow through with a check on their work search history. We have to stop enabling recipients that use the system. I understand that their are people who "HONESTLY" need a helping hand and I am all for that. Trust but verify everything.

  • @cettuce3 YES! Good comment cettuce3

  • @cettuce3 I've been saying that for years.

  • @cettuce3 Um...you cannot buy booze,or tobacco with food stamps. Many states already have lifetime limits on how long you can receive cash. They do follow through with job search info. Making sure you are turning in copies of applications and so forth. They do verify everything they require shelter verify, job verify, income verify, bank statments, proof of assets, they ask for proof of everything. The problem is that the workers let some through and others not!

  • I agree with you 110%. You are a good american!

  • i am well aware i work at a gas station................And yes People Who Do not Smoke or do drugs should not have to pay For there Drug test. Because they are forced to take it.........People Who Fail it Should have to pay. + be fined.

  • Oh and For the part where you said welfare recipients should pay for the drug test...................They should not have to pay a single dime for a Drug Test if the Government is Enforcing it. Why should someone that doesnt smoke or do any other drugs have to pay 25$ ? Same thing goes for insurance and Renewing your licence.........Government Should pay for that shit. Since We are Forced to have it....Insurance Is a Scam.......Pay 3k a year insurance and get nothing in return..............

  • @onlynameavailable11 Why not? So we should pay for them to get tested too? Isn't it enough to get assistance (in which many are just too lazy to get off their asses and get a job) but then turn around and pay for their proof that they're are clean. That is ridiculous.

  • @onlynameavailable11 The GOV is already paying for their food, medical, housing etc. They can pay for their own damn test.

  • @SkaRocksYea THANK YOU! I'm sure they can come up with 25 dollars from some where!

  • I Agree with you to a Extent.............Weed Smokers is not the problem here. Problem is Crack heads. Crack heads are Poor and are on Welfare. Very small Population of Only Weed smokers are Jobless. Weed Smokers are just as Intellegent and Work Able as a Non-Weed Smoker. Unlike a Crack head. They just Steal and use Food stamps to buy Crack. Crack Heroin Meth Ecstacy and all those drugs Should be Drug Tested For without a doubt.

  • @onlynameavailable11 So you think it's okay for people who smoke weed (in which they are basically using our money to do so) to not get tested? Since when is any form of drug regardless of strength or problems okay at TAX PAYERS expense? YOU can pay for their habit but I find it unfair. We are enabling drug heads and regardless of if you're aware of this are not but people sell their food stamps for Weed also. It may not be a problem there but then again you're not the rest of the country.

  • you should run for president

  • @choochPROductshunz lol You don't really want that. Me? The head of this country? Nooooooooooooooooooooo bwahahahaha

  • i agree with you, hope this law comes to california

  • I agree people who are on government assistance shouldn't be lazy and wasting the money they're given to get high and drunk, they should use it wisely and gety off they're ass and generate a living, they're lucky to be getting the money in the first place, while people bust their ass working 8 hours a day, some even more more, though at the same time some tells me that this maybe an issue with the capitalistic system also.

  • I COULDN'T AGREE MORE AMIEL!! Props for a great post!! There are one hell of alot of people who have to take random drug tests to KEEP their jobs, which allows them to pay into the system. Why shouldn't they have to take a drug test to reap the benefiets of our hard labor?!? Nobody, myself included, minds paying into a system to help get someone back on their feet again, but that's back on their FEET. Not sitting at home with a dime bag smoking it on MY dime.

    Great post. Best yet! THANKYOU!!

  • @jjrants No THANK YOU! I like the way you think dammit lol

  • geuss my HOMELESS brother won't get welfare anymore LOL. Oh wait! this is MN:( I WISH they'd do it HERE!!!

  • i work with a disability and my disability cause me to go in to retirement at early age and i can't get my retirement until am 65 year old from my job but am on Medicare social security and food stamp. so i never drink or use drugs so why should i be subject t to drug test. i pay taxes since start working in 1985 until i retire

  • I say, "Hell yeah!" too!

  • Amiel, i wanted to add one more COMMENT on this. For the people that FAILED the drug test that are collecting the WF checks. Should they be given a SECOND chance to get CLEAN? how about that?

  • @ShadesHD Hmmmmm perhaps if they have some type of rehabilitation process for them to go through and remain clean for how ever long with random drug test then yes. Some people fall on hard times and I understand that. If they know then need help and are fully willing to do so then I don't see why not.

  • Hey AK, do you watch Maury? And yes i agree with your vid.

  • @ShadesHD Unfortunately ShadesHD I do lol. Why? Hit me in my inbox.

  • Love this video. You know I feel the same way.

  • agreeeeeeed!

  • Boyyyyyyyyy don't play, let me start practicing now!! My birthday is June 12!!! Don't play with me Amiel Kitrelle!! LOL

  • I agree with everything except that you said "especially people on unemployment" I have worked since I was able to work(16) I will be 25 in April. If I get layed off from a job, I have the right to it. I will be looking for a job every damn day. that does not mean I can't have a few drinks at the end of the day. I don't do drugs, weed or anythings. I have never been on welfare, unemployment or any kind of assistance.

  • @cherrymonarch85 lol hmmm well you may be right, there's nothing wrong with a lil drink here and there. However, that comment was mainly for the ones that use the majority of their benefits on there substance abuses. Not the moderate and responsible ones ya know.

  • Amiel i totally agree, its a great idea...hopefully it will be a reality check that they need to get their lives on track...the fact their child may be taken, should be motivation.....

  • @Charlicious19 Exactly! We can only hope that they will take this wake up call seriously.

  • i agree 100% people waistin tax dollars on drugs and goverment lets it happen........sad..........

  • @MrCodyinthehouse Right, why should we have to support their substance abuse habits? It's unfair to the hard working people of America.
