This film tries to be negative about Sputnik but just makes the critics look like dicks. If they were so untalented why did they all go on to make music after Sputnik then? History will prove them right.

Once people had their own video player, they could watch all the films that they had never seen at the cinema, so the video rental market took off. For kids, owning a BMX bike was more important than a game console.

I did have a test today. That wasn't bullshit. It's on European socialism. I mean, really, what's the point? I'm not European, I don't plan on being European, so who gives a crap if they're socialist? They could be fascist anarchists - that still wouldn't change the fact that I don't own a car. Sigue Sigue Sputnik is just so legendary. A great idea. A great concept of a band. Even today we want to know what Sigue Sigue Spunik is all about.
