  • Sounds like he's talking in a tunnel.

  • Good info. However, no specifics as to what anti-inflammatory foods are. Any suggestions?

  • @PhasmataJ

Please see my website - alot more information and diet / food types are covered - link on my home page

  • @DrPaulClayton Thank you. I will check it out! Thanks for all your efforts and expertise!

  • @PhasmataJ apricots, avocado, orange tomatoes, sqaush, lima beans, bananas, cantalouple, honeydew, kiwis, oranges, or orange juice...anything high in potassium...rule of thumb keep your sodium under 1500mg...and eat 5x as much potassium as you do sodium in any given week...and you'll see a huge improvement.

  • @PhasmataJ Antil-inflammatory foods are those that contain omega 3 essential fatty acids, opposed to omega 6 fatty acids which are the inflammatory foods. These should be eaten in a 6 to 1 ratio between the omega 6 to omega three fatty acids. You should also be eating above the required intake as well to achieve the required amount. Foods high in omega 3 are laxseeds, hemp seeds, walnuts and dark green leafy vegetables, but fatty and oily fish and some algae are the best sources.

  • Good info -thanks.
