I just found your sites yesterday and I am already hooked. After reading many of your posts, I spent most of the evening and night thinking about doing another colon cleanse. I tried a couple different ones about a year ago maybe a little longer but had less than stellar results. There is so much misinformation on the web that it is hard to know what product is the 'best'. I look forward to your reviews even though I will probably bite the bullet and invest in one after more research.

I lost 6 lbs when I was sick and emptied my colon a couple of years ago. Felt very weak afterwards. I do think its important to consider the foods we eat and to have frequent 'movements' to relieve waste.

I juice celery, cucumbers, ginger and add young coconut water to make sure I'm getting this important herb in my diet every week.

@ImpatientDieter I've been great. I had worked out and got down to 174 lbs but that was too small for me so I had to gain a few lbs back. I need to finish toning though. Hope all is well with you. I have been using dieters tea for awhile now. I bought some colon cleansing tea awhile back but never used it. I think I will give it a try today after watching this video and I will look into getting that Eleotin.

I actually shot that stupid scene in like 10 different outfits, but my bewbs were all over the place, so I had to go with a shot where the mic hid them since I'm mentioning this company's product in this video. I didn't want to be boob-a-licious in this video! LOL I actually bought a sexy Elvis costume for my bodyshot series. I'll wear it to celebrate some Elvis-related event later this year. :)
